Referral Service

QAS is currently constructing a Group Training Company Referral Service. This unique Referral Service will help you find the most appropriate Group Training Organisation (from the QAS preferred supplier list) for your needs, based on your location and area of interest. This service will be available shortly.
Working with Group Training Organisations
Queensland Apprenticeship Services has been working closely with and assisting the majority of Queensland's Group Training Organisations since our inception in May 1998, giving us a strong understanding of the support Group Training Organisations are looking for from their Australian Apprenticeships Centre.
Our professional and dedicated staff are able to assist you with all your Australian Apprenticeships Support Services requirements, including:
- Providing you with experienced account management services
- Providing monthly reports on the status of your apprentices and trainees, Australian Government incentives payments made or due and any other relevant information you require
- Meeting with you on a weekly basis to exchange paperwork and to resolve any issues
- Updating you on all relevant matters relating to traineeships and apprenticeships, VET or Government legislation through regular meetings and correspondence
- Attending and presenting at your group signups and/or presentations
- Assisting you in signing up your apprentices and trainees
- Assessing and lodging your paperwork
- Helping you claim all you entitlements to Australian Government incentives
- Supporting your awards nights
- Liaising with the State and Australian Government's on your behalf
GTO Update Newsletter
To keep our Group Training Organisation clients up-to-date with the latest information and advice within the VET sector, we have developed a GTO Update e-newsletter which is sent out at least once a month to our Group Training clients.
Online Referral Service
We will shortly be introducing a dedicated GTO Referral Service, which will allow potential QAS employers and jobseekers to forward their interest directly to our Group Training Organisation clients, based on their area of interest and physical location.
