Coaching your apprentice to success

Queensland Apprenticeship Services is inviting Townsville clients and employers to our ‘Coaching Your Apprentice or Trainee to Success’ afternoon on Tuesday 29 November 2011.

Come along and meet our Townsville team, network with other local employers, enjoy some canapé’s and drinks and join our expert in apprentice coaching and mentoring, psychologist Danielle Buckley.

Danielle will share her own experiences in working with employers and apprentices as well as what the research tells us about the key factors that keep apprentices engaged to completion and why some quit. She will arm you with practical tips and tools to help you engage your team to ensure they reach their full potential.

There is no cost to attend. This is a free event under the Federal Government’s Kickstart Mentoring initiative.
